Luke Price brings a rare combination of academic leadership and hands-on industry expertise to the world of real estate investment. A graduate of the University of Delaware with a degree in Leadership, Luke has spent over a decade embedded in the heavy construction industry at an ownership level — working directly on the foundational systems of commercial and residential properties, including condominium developments.
